These flower prints are inspired and sketched from my own garden!
These images were drawn directly into an acrylic plexi-glass plate using an Etching needle. The plate was then inked, the excess ink wiped away, and the remaining ink in the grooves of the plate was printed onto the paper as it went through an etching press. They are printed with custom coloured oil-based ink on Arnhem 1618 Archival Printmaking Paper.
The flower blooms were coloured using either watercolour pigments or à la poupée inking techniques.

Each print is signed and numbered with variations in the handcoloured blooms
